Pick-ups, Shipping, Balances & Returns
Pick-ups
The Greek House is ONLY available online. The store address listed on this site is for mailing only, and is NOT our physical location. Therefore, ALL orders must be shipped. In person, order pick-ups are available on a VERY LIMITED basis, and must be arranged with us in advance. There will be a convenience charge of $20 added to your order total, regardless of the size of the order, for this option. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, the time and place for the pick-up will be of our choosing. However, due to time constraints and fluctuations in inventory, this option MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, so if you need your items by a certain date, you should plan accordingly and upgrade to both rush production and rush delivery.
Shipping
Our primary shipping service is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. However, if you require that your items be sent via expedited shipping, it is available at an additional cost. Please note that delivery time is based on "business" days which are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are excluded. The Greek House assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.
Balances
If you have placed a custom order and have only paid a deposit, your outstanding balance is due immediately when the order is complete. Your order will not be shipped until this amount is paid in full. If you used a credit card to pay for the deposit on your order, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE the same card for the remaining balance, at the time the order is complete and prior to shipping. We assume no responsibility for orders that remain unpaid over 30 days from their completion date. We do not store orders indefinitely, and such unpaid orders will be considered abandoned, and will be discarded. No refunds will be issued for any money paid on such orders.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore, please review your order before submitting it to ensure that you are purchasing the correct items. Returns and exchanges are only allowed to replace or return defective merchandise or to correct a mistake that WE have made. You must notify us in writing about any defects or mistakes within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and you must be given a Return Authorization Number before returning your item. This is the industry standard. We must receive the merchandise within 10 working days from the day you receive your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the defective/erroneous item, we will gladly send you a corrected replacement. If a replacement is not available and cannot be substituted with a comparable product, a refund will be issued. Under no circumstances will we exchange or issue a refund on an item that is erroneous, if that item has been used or worn. All returned items MUST be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and MUST be insured for the amount of the order. This amount will be refunded to you when your replacement item is shipped back.
The Greek House assumes no responsibility (and will not replace or issue a refund) for uninsured orders that were lost or damaged on return delivery.
