We take great pride in our company’s commitment to customer service and our attention to detail. Our mission is always to provide our customers with high quality items at the lowest possible prices. Our online store is designed to provide you with an opportunity to see our work, browse our product catalog and place your orders in a safe and secure environment. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. This includes shipping, handling, taxes, and any applicable rush charges. No work will begin on your order until your deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due when the order is complete and prior to shipment. Any outstanding balances on completed orders must be paid within 30 days. If they are not paid within this tim period, these orders will be considered abandoned and your items will be discarded. No refunds will be given for any money paid for these orders. Under no circumstances will we store your order indefinitely. For in-stock, non-custom products, payment in full is due at the time of purchase. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover. If you would like to fax in your order and mail in your payment, the payment must be made with a money order. We DO NOT ship C.O.D.

Sales Tax

All California orders are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

Returns

All orders are custom-made based on the customer’s instructions at the time of ordering. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that WE have made. You must notify us in writing about any defects or mistakes within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and you must be given a Return Authorization Number before returning your item. This is the industry standard. We must receive the merchandise within 10 working days from the day you receive your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the defective/erroneous item, we will gladly send you a corrected replacement.

Cancellations

If you cancel within 2 hours after placing your order, we will issue you a full refund. Any cancellations occurring after this time will be subject to a MINIMUM cancellation fee of 25% of the total order for stock items and accessories, $25.00 for individual orders, and $75.00 for group orders. You will also be charged a restocking fee and processing fee if we have ordered products to fill your order. You will be charged an art charge if we have done artwork for your order.

Custom Artwork

In addition to the designs in our design library, we also offer custom design work. If you want to have custom artwork on your garment, a picture of the requested designed must be e-mailed to us. Any requested custom design, will be subject to a one-time digitizing fee that varies depending on size and complexity. The digitizing fee is a one-time fee, and the digitized image may be reused on future orders at no additional charge. The digitizing fee is in addition to the fee charged for actually sewing the design onto the garment. By commissioning The Greek House to do your artwork, including any business/organization logos that you may submit, you represent that you have the authority to use such designs/logos. You also grant The Greek House the rights to fabricate, manufacture, and modify these designs, and to sell products with such designs/logos. We reserve the right to refuse any design for any reason. We also reserve the right to display artwork submitted by customers for the purposes of advertising. All designs are copyright of The Greek House.

Substitutions

In the event that one or more of the items you ordered are on backorder or discontinued, you can either: 1) wait for the item(s) to come in, 2) get another comparable item(s), 3) choose a different size and/or color, or 4) get a refund. We reserve the right to substitute items of comparable value to fill your order if we discover a shortage or manufacturer’s defect in one or more of your items. We are not responsible for items that must be discontinued because they are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Complaints

We are known for our customer service, quality work and attention to detail. Therefore, we will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your merchandise and have a pleasant shopping experience. HOWEVER, as the customer, you are 100% responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you double-check your order prior to submitting it. When ordering over the phone, you must provide your sales representative with accurate instructions for producing your order correctly and in a timely manner. Do not assume we know what you want and when you want it if we have not asked you. We will only be responsible for acting on those instructions given or sent to us that we actually receive. We are not responsible for instructions that we do not receive, instructions we receive late, instructions that are not possible to follow, and mistakes made by the customer with regard to spelling, color, or size. If you are unsure about your size, you should try on someone else’s garment or go to a store that carries the same garment to ensure a proper fit.

As previously mentioned, we will gladly make any necessary changes or repairs to your order if it is defective or contains a mistake made by US. HOWEVER, we maintain the right to judge what is classified as a manufacturing error or defect. Please note that in some cases the garment pockets may be partially or completely sewn shut to accommodate/incorporate a desired design. This often happens on smaller sized garments but may occur on larger sizes as well. This is a normal occurrence that cannot be changed and does not constitute a manufacturing error. Under no circumstances will we make repairs or changes to a garment that has been worn.

Finally, in the event that you have supplied your own item to be embroidered or decorated, you do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to your garment during the decorating process. Outside items are accepted on a very limited basis. For hygiene reasons, all outside items brought in to be decorated must be dry-cleaned, with the ticket still attached.

Turnaround Time

Normal MINIMUM production time for all orders is 25-30 business days. This is an ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE. Upon request, we can work to meet a specific timeline for certain projects; however, these times are not guaranteed unless you upgrade to rush production. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating turnaround time. The Greek House assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. Our estimated delivery date IS NOT GUARANTEED. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, natural disasters, material shortages, etc.

Rush Production

If you need to upgrade to two week guaranteed rush production, an additional fee of 30% of the TOTAL price must be paid. Two-week rush production means that your item will be shipped within two weeks, not counting holidays, from the date of the paid order. The above fee is for production ONLY. In some cases, additional fees to cover rush SHIPPING may be necessary in order to ensure that your item arrives by your requested deadline. If your item arrives after your rush deadline, we will refund the rush production fee. Under no circumstances will there be a refund issued for the order itself.
